“The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet”
We all want to live in the society, where there is love, peace, joy, harmony, development, freedom from violence and corruption. The dream of good society should have a foundation. One of such foundations is “Education”.
As an educator, I believe that purpose of education is to prepare young mind to become outstanding individuals through a strong sense of basic language and mathematics education, a sense purpose and skills in communicating with the peers, and sense of preparation for becoming an upstanding citizen in an ever changing society. In order for education to work for all parties involved, my students and I must work to build a strong bond. They must sense that I care about them as an individual, and they must feel free to communicate openly. In order for each of us to work together effectively, we must work as a team, almost as a players and coach working together.
The students must fulfill their responsibilities in the classroom each day in order to fulfill their potential goal of a quality education. Ideally, the student must come to class with an “I can do it attitude,” learning to understand and practice it effectively. In reality the teacher will encounter students who do not believe they can succeed. When this happens, the teacher must work on finding a way to reach the students and help them to believe in themselves as students. Furthermore, in order to work as a successful player of the team, students must be able to learn to work successfully with each other through group project and effective communication.
Phoenix Podar Learn School’s curriculum and practices are consistently reviewed to ensure that we are following the most updated best practices, meeting all regulations, and addressing the future needs of our students. We offer many opportunities to explore their interests and investigate new ideas. We offer many clubs, activities, sports and a variety of musical ventures that our students can participate in. Many of our students are involved in a variety of extracurricular activities that allow them the opportunity to grow at their own pace in a safe, nurturing environment
